complimentary shipping is offered throughout new zealand. international shipping is currently unavailable

every work is carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure safe arrival. please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. works are couriered fully insured and trackable. tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched and a signature will be required upon delivery

a physical delivery address is required for all deliveries. please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate prior to dispatch to help avoid delays or misdelivery

returns are not accepted for change of mind or where scale is not suitable. all images, dimensions and materials are provided to support a considered decision and should be reviewed prior to purchase. additional information and images can be provided upon request

all works are original and sales are considered final. each piece is made by hand and subtle variations in surface, tone and edge are inherent to the process. these are not faults but an intrinsic part of the work, reflecting both the materials and the artist's hand

if you believe a work is damaged, faulty or not as described, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. approved returns must be sent using a trackable courier service. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. the work must be returned in its original condition and packaging and shipping insurance is recommended. works returned without insurance are sent at the risk of the purchaser and may not be eligible for a refund if lost or damaged in transit. this does not affect your rights under new zealand consumer law

once the work has been received and assessed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank
