complimentary shipping is offered throughout new zealand and collection from the wellington studio can be arranged. international shipping is unavailable

every piece is carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate to the individual surface and medium to ensure its protection and safe arrival. shipments are insured, trackable and a signature will be required upon delivery. please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. delivery timeframes vary by destination and are guided by the carrier

please ensure all shipping information is accurate prior to dispatch, as orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses may not be eligible for a refund

returns are not accepted for change of mind or where scale is not suitable. all images, dimensions and materials are provided to support a considered decision and should be reviewed prior to purchase. additional information and images can be provided upon request

all works are original and sales are considered final. each piece is made by hand and subtle variations in surface, tone and edge are inherent to the process. these are not faults but part of the work itself, reflecting the materials and the artist’s hand

if you believe a work is damaged, faulty or not as described, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. approved returns must be sent using a trackable courier service. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. the work must be returned in its original condition and packaging and shipping insurance is recommended. works returned without insurance are sent at the risk of the purchaser and may not be eligible for a refund if lost or damaged in transit. this does not affect your rights under new zealand consumer law

once the work has been received and assessed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. returns to the wellington studio can also be arranged
