complimentary shipping is offered throughout new zealand. for international enquiries, please get in touch

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
every work is carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure safe arrival. please allow up to 10 business days for processing before dispatch. business days exclude weekends and public holidays. works are couriered fully insured and trackable. tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched and a signature will be required upon delivery. a physical delivery address is required for all deliveries. please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate prior to dispatch to help avoid delays or misdelivery

RETURNS
returns are not accepted for change of mind or where scale is not suitable. all images, dimensions and materials are provided to support a considered decision and should be reviewed prior to purchase. additional information and images can be provided upon request

all works are original and sales are considered final. each piece is made by hand and subtle variations in surface, tone and edge are inherent to the process. these are not faults but an intrinsic part of the work, reflecting both the materials and the artist's hand

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
if you believe a work is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. the purchaser is responsible for arranging the return shipment of the work in its original condition and packaging, using a trackable courier service. shipping insurance is highly recommended. works returned without insurance are at the purchaser’s risk and may not be eligible for a refund if lost or damaged in transit. this does not affect your rights under new zealand consumer law. returns made without prior communication may not be accepted. where a work is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or not as described, a reimbursement for reasonable courier costs incurred in returning the work will be issued to the original payment method

REFUNDS
once the work has been received and assessed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank
