works are available for delivery within new zealand, or for collection from the studio in wellington.

orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and are guided by the carrier.

each work is packaged with considered attention to its protection in transit, using materials selected to support a secure arrival. shipment confirmation with tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

international shipping is not available at this time.

returns

all works are original and considered final.

returns are not accepted for change of mind or where scale is not suitable. all images, dimensions and materials are provided to support a considered purchase and should be reviewed prior to purchase.

if a work arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. the matter will be reviewed and resolved.

approved returns must be sent using a trackable courier service. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

once received and assessed, a refund will be issued. original shipping costs are non-refundable.
